joined Total Transit in 2002 after nearly 20 years in the armored transportation industry.  As President, Mike provides leadership to the company's management team by focusing management resources on achieving the strategic initiatives of the company.  As Director of Operations, Mike is responsible for the operational design, planning and oversight for the taxi cab, bus transit and transportation brokerage service lines.

joined the company in 2006 as its Chief Financial Officer.  Rich provides financial leadership and strategic planning insight for managing the company's investment and capital resources.  Rich also provides leadership in managing the company's cutting edge information technology resources and systems that make the company a leader in its industry.  He has over 15 years of experience in leading and advising privately held companies and is an Arizona and Pennsylvania CPA.

has been in the transportation service industry since 1983 and has served as the Director of Risk Management for Total Transit since 1991.  He is responsible for driver and passenger safety, and ensures that all transportation lines remain in compliance with all state and local laws, ordinances and insurance requirements.

Director of Administration & Strategic Planning

came out of retirement in 2003 to assist Total Transit with its business transformation.  Jim has over 30 years of experience in operational and support service management as well as organizational and systems development. He was formerly in an executive leadership role in the emergency and non-emergency transportation service industry. Jim is responsible for the company's administrative services, strategic planning and human resources functions.

Jeff is the most recent addition to our leadership team and brings with him 14 years of progressive sales and strategic planning experience with Fortune 500 companies like AT&T as well as start-up companies.  Jeff provides leadership in the company's business development efforts and insight and support to our executive and middle management in executing the company's strategic business development plan.
