• Are you at least twenty-three years of age?
• Do you have an acceptable five-year motor vehicle record (MVR)?
• No DUI or DWI?
• No chargeable accidents in the last 39 months?
• No more than two (2) moving violations in the last 39 months?
• No suspensions or interruptions in your driving record in the last 39 months?
• Are you a permanent resident of the Phoenix or Tucson metropolitan area?
• Are you motivated to succeed in business as a taxi cab independent contractor?
